The financial institutions and others considers “Quantify-it” to be the most comprehensive and consumer friendly cost analysis available. It is not based on the normal Quantity surveyors modules, but is entirely different. The way that it has been designed is not with information we thought people would need, but with information and requests and needs given to us by the Contractor, Architect, Developer, Banks and Subs. Which means it has been design to suit the end user.

The success rate on quotations done on behalf of the contractor or developer is higher than any other known system. 70% - 95% of all contracts rewarded.

The difference is in the presentation. The costing/tender document is a 30-page information-working tool. To our knowledge is our system the only that shows the profit beforehand, the Contractor will make if he would implement and stick to the system. Nothing is done with the "Guess method" All figures given are actual.
